Three-Year Diploma Programme
Admission & Attendance
The Angel Academy of Art, Florence is committed to a policy of non-discrimination in its admissions; however the Academy reserves the right not to accept applications which in the absolute judgement of its management are exceeding the appropriate number of attendees to the courses or are otherwise deemed to be out of line with the programmes’ orderly management.
The Angel Academy of Art, Florence reserves the right to make changes in teaching staff/programme/course syllabus content without prior notice.
In order to matriculate into the subsequent figure drawing/painting levels of classes and project classes, students must maintain a minimum attendance rate of 70% per trimester.
Payment of Fees
After the first Trimester, the payment of fees policy requests remittance of the full non-refundable/non-transferable tuition fee for the following Trimester, 30 days before the end of the current Trimester of attendance. In future payments the aforementioned full tuition fee amount is considered as the tuition fee deposit + balance amount.
Cancellation Policy
The following Cancellation terms also apply if a visa rejection/denial is based on the prospective student’s failure to meet the necessary criteria for their chosen visa category.
1. Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to the school by registered letter, fax or email.
2. If a cancellation is made more than 31 days before the beginning of the course, the Angel Academy of Art, Florence will retain half of the full tuition fee plus the non-refundable/non-transferable tuition fee deposit. Full Tuition fees are comprised of the non- refundable/non-transferable deposit + non-transferable balance amount.
3. If a cancellation is made 30 days before the beginning of the course, no refund will be given. Full tuition fees are comprised of the non-refundable/non-transferable deposit + non-transferable balance amount.
4. There will be no refund for students who, after the beginning of the trimester, are absent during classes or who take extended leave for whatever the reason.
5. All applications will be kept on file for 12 months only from the date of the trimester requested on the application form. At the end of this period it will be necessary for prospective students to re-apply.
6. In the case of a course being postponed due to force majeur conditions and Italian government directives there will be no refund for any tuition fees paid in advance. A voucher will be issued for future attendance (within a set time frame) of said course.
Four-Week Intensive Course
Admission
Upon notification of acceptance, remit the non-refundable*/non-transferable full tuition fee. Payment details will be provided on your confirmation of our acceptance.
Cancellation Policy
The following Cancellation terms also apply if a visa rejection/denial is based on the prospective students’ failure to meet the necessary criteria for their chosen visa category.
Should the prospective student cancel, no refunds will be given for whatever reason. Any fees paid are non-transferable/non-refundable.
Please note that prices are subject to change without notice. All costs of supplies and materials are the responsibility of the student, as are all housing and living costs.
The Angel Academy of Art reserves the right to substitute instructors of any course at the last minute or during the session.
Unless the Angel Academy of Art should for whatever reason need to cancel or postpone the course the terms and conditions of our Cancellation Policy apply. Any form of lockdown (or other force majeur conditions) will not cancel a course, it will postpone it and a voucher will be issued for future use within a time frame by us specified.
In the event of the postponing or cancellation of the above course for reasons beyond our control, we strongly advise participants to acquire travel insurance that covers the loss of any amounts paid for airfare, other travel and accommodation.
Workshops
Admission
A non-refundable/non transferable registration fee deposit is requested to confirm a place. The non-refundable/non-transferable balance for all workshops must be received by 1st May. For registrations for all workshops after 1st May the non-refundable/non-transferable full fee is requested at the time of registration.
Cancellation Policy
Any deposits/fees paid are non-transferable/non-refundable.
Other Conditions
The Angel Academy of Art is committed to a policy of non-discrimination.
The Angel Academy of Art is not responsible for travel or accommodation arrangements.
Please note that prices are subject to change without notice. Costs of supplies and materials are the responsibility of the student, as are all housing and living costs.
Unless the Angel Academy of Art should for whatever reason need to cancel the course the terms and conditions of our Cancellation Policy apply.
